Before visiting Walgreens I always go to their site and browse through the weekly ad to see if any items that I need are on sale. You may do the same by going through this link http://walgreens.shoplocal.com/walgreens/default.aspx and entering your zip code. You can then browse through the catalog, click on the item that interests you and add it to your shopping list which you can then print and take with you. Some items you will have to print the coupon for.
