Today's dinner involved some spicy honey mustard pork with cheesy mashed potatoes. Below are the recipes for both if interested in also tasting this deliciousness.
- Pork: Marinate pork in mix of dijon mustard, honey, sea salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, vinegar and red pepper flakes. Cook in Olive Oil.
- Mashed Potatoes: Boil red bliss potatoes in salted water. Once potatoes are fork tender strain water, mix in cheddar cheese, butter, ricotta cheese, salt, olive oil and mash together.
