Here's a website I usually search through before booking hotels at the usual known sites (hotwire, priceline, expedia etc..,).

They are based in the UK but offer hotels around the world for almost half off what they go for at other sites. Just last week I booked the Four Points by Sheraton Studio City hotel close to Universal Studios at $125 total for two nights! At other sites the same hotel with the same dates was at $130 a night so I ended up saving $135. If you are planning a vacation soon, my advice.... search their site first.
